I began as a student without a clear path, unsure of what to do next. When I entered the sales environment, everything changed.
I was trained from zero, learning communication, discipline, and sales step by step. What started as learning quickly became growth.
From being trained in sales, I progressed into coaching others, recruiting new people, and building a team.
Today, I operate my own office. What we do at NLS OPTIMA is give people the exact same step by step system I followed, for those who go all in and are serious about growth.
The vision is to scale this system into multiple offices. What makes this environment unique is the culture: positive, ambitious people who push each other to grow and think bigger every day.
